* Association Fees cover access to indoor and outdoor field space and facilities, umpire fees, 1 optional tournament (up to $500 entry fee), regional and provincial tournament fees (if applicable) and other basic costs for the association.  Most teams will require further “Team Fees” that are not included in the Association fees. Team Fees will be dependent upon tournaments, team equipment, and team fundraising and will be decided by coaches and parents at a pre-season meeting.

Association fees cover access to indoor, and outdoor field space/facilities, umpire fees, one(1) optional tournament (up to $500 entry fee), regional and provincial tournament fees (if applicable) and other basic costs for the association.  Most teams will require additional team fees that are not included in the association fees. Team fees will be dependent upon how many tournament the team signs up for, team equipment, and any team fundraising to offset the costs.  Fundraising to be decided by coaches and parents at a pre-season meeting.

By registering with the Burnaby Oakeys, all players and parents of players agree to adhere to the Softball BC Code of Conduct and Ethics and other Softball BC policies, the latest versions of which can be found here.

Softball BC:

New softball players are required to purchase Softball BC membership for a one-time fee which can be acquired here.
